After working as Sustainable Solutions Consultancy for more than two (2) years now, we have come across a thousand of opportunities which the management is determined to exploit.

To maintain our specialization, we are starting a group of companies withe the name of SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS GROUP (SSG).

Sustainable Solutions Group (SSG) is a group of companies incorporated in Tanzania under the company’s ordinance of 2002.

SSG is comprised of member companies which specialize in business consultancy, real estate, sales & distribution as well as training & publications.

The company operates in Tanzania but plans to extend its market base to cover the East African market by the end of 2010.

Each member company is registered separately headed by Chief Operations Officers, but the overall management rests with the Group Chairman and CEO.

With increased mix of clientele, markets and opportunities, the company decided to establish the specialized subsidiary companies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction with more specialized expertise.

As a parent company, SSG provides centralized resources and support to help all subsidiary companies meet their client’s needs and exploit its market opportunities.

The parent company sets the consolidated financial objectives and corporate strategies, and all the companies’ financial decisions are centralized, however, other strategic decisions have been decentralized.

SSG Consulting, Sustainable Solutions Consultancy (SSC) is a member company which provides consulting services in business and development.

SSG Real Estate, Sustainable Estate Developers (SED) is a member company which specializes in real estate business. We provide various real estate services including, investment analysis, developing, brokerage, buying and selling, as well as letting.

SSG Sales and Distribution, Sustainable Sales & Distribution (SS&D) is a member company which is involved in the retailing and wholesaling of consumer and industrial products and services.

SSG Training, Sustainable Training & Publications (ST&P) is a member company which specializes in training of various subjects, organizational development as well as publishing of a business magazine, books and other operational manuals

SSG CSR, we are also launching our CSR policy which focuses on reduction of income poverty, health issues, entrepreneurship as well as empowering the vulnerable groups. This is our way of contributing towards our country’s development.
